By posting your order and/or by making a payment, you accept that you examined and fully understood these terms and conditions. By posting your order and/or by making a payment, you also accept to become lawfully bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute the full agreement between you and Contemporary View Consulting Limited.

“CUSTOMER”, “YOU” or “YOURS” means and refer to you or any individual who place the order to us on your behalf.
“COMPANY”, “WE” or “OUR” mean and refer to Contemporary View Consulting Ltd which is a private limited company registered at England and Wales with a reference number of 08270067.
“PRODUCT” and/or “SERVICE” represent is a) a written product which is drafted and delivered to the customer according to their order based on the original paper written or complied by them b) consultation given to you in person or via other media such as telephone or email.
“EXPERT” means highly-qualified writers, analysts or researchers.
“ORDER” refers to the customer request for a product or service given in writing by filling and submitting the standard electronic form provided on our website. Orders can be submitted by calling or emailing us. ORDER describes the scope of the work and related requirements of the customer with regards to the product.
1. Our Products and Services
We offer various products and services to assist you in your academic life. Our products and services include, PARAPHRASING, PROOFREADING, FORMATTING & STRUCTURING and REFERENCING for individuals studying/engaged with fields fall into business and management field.
PARAPHRASING refers to creating a new version of information, ideas and facts stated by others. It involves presenting a text or writing in a new and genuine form by explaining and interpreting terms, concepts, ideas or information given in the original work submitted by the customer in order to avoid plagiarism. Our paraphrasing service involves not only the use of synonyms but also rearranging the structure of the sentences. This allows us creating unique and more natural sounding paraphrased text which contains the main ideas given in the original paper submitted by the customer without sticking to the way sentences are organised.
PROOFREADING refers to correcting surface text errors in a final draft of a written paper. Our proofreading service involves checking a written paper for grammar, spelling and punctuation mistakes as well as typological errors and correcting them on the text provided by the customer. Proofreading should be regarded as the final stage of the editing process of a original text written by the customer.
FORMATTING & STRUCTURING refer to organising the components of an essay, report or a dissertation and applying the correct form of citation required by the educational institution. Our formatting and structuring service involve organisation of the layout of the essay, report or the dissertation provided by the customer according to the formatting rules described by the educational institution as well as ensuring correct citation style such as Harvard, APA, MLA, etc. is applied to the references cited in the above mentioned texts.
REFERENCING refers to locating the sources utilised in an academic work. Our referencing service is concerned with checking the correctness and accurateness of the used sources by the customer in their academic paper and editing the bibliography according to the citation format required by the education institution of the customer. We can find the missing cited sources in the text if it is specifically requested.
2. Our Responsibility
We act as an intermediary and/or agent for highly-qualified writers, analysts or researchers to sell unique work drafted by them based on the original writings, papers, data and instructions provided by the customers.
By placing the order and/or paying the quoted fee, you appoint us as an agent to assign an expert to provide the specific product and/or service of ours based on the terms given in these provisions.
The work drafted by the experts is prepared for you according to the original writings, papers, data and instructions given by you.
Be advised that our paraphrasing service is only concerned with re-wording the original text provided by the customers but it does not cover correcting the factual errors in that text.
Our proofreading service is concerned with removing any stylistic error before the text is handed in or published and therefore it should be applied to the final version of the text originally written by the customer.
Our formatting and structuring service is concerned with ensuring that the report, essay or dissertation complies with the layout and citation format requirements determined by your educational institution guide but it does not comprise amendments in the main text and corrections of the cited sources.
Our referencing service is concerned with correctness and accurateness of cited sources explicitly given within the text, identifying the references which were cited but not listed in the bibliography and writing the full citation of these not listed references. We can find and locate sources whose ideas/words were used in the text without giving the due credit for an additional charge.
We determine the expert for your order according to the availability of the researcher, his/her qualification, and experience as well as your degree or course. Once we allocated a researcher and received the payment from you, the agreement becomes binding and no refund is given unless you cancel the order within the time-frame given in Cancellation clauses.
If you pay a deposit, you are agreed to pay the outstanding balance at least 3 working days before to the due date of your order. If you fail to pay the full balance within the time frame specified above, Contemporary View Consulting Ltd cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivering the order.
Although we make every effort to provide an error-free service, there is a margin of human error. Should you find elements not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it according to your satisfaction.
When placing your order, we expect you to provide us the clear instructions about the requirements for the work. Giving us all the facts about the work increases the accuracy of the order.
We, as a research agency, make every effort to ensure that your order is successfully completed. To do so, we may require additional information or further guidance at the beginning of the order or while your order is processed.
Failure to provide the necessary information may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. In such cases, our promise to deliver your order on time will not be valid and we will not be held responsible for repercussions caused by the delay.
4. Approvals and Authority
As our customer, you are required to provide your email address and telephone number in order for us to contact and confirm your order.
By providing your contact details, you approve that the instructions send us from modes of contacts mentioned above are generated by you.
Once you place your order, we will provide an estimated submission date according to the availability of our researchers and this will be on or earlier than your required deadline.
We promise to deliver your order before midnight on the due date. However, unless otherwise agreed, the work will be delivered on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. In the case when the delivery date falls into above mentioned non-working days, your order will be delivered the next working day before midnight.
Our promise is to complete your order successfully and deliver your order on time. In cases you receive your order after the final deadline you required, you may ask a refund in writing. Please see our Refund policy.
We promise to do our best to ensure your satisfaction, however in the case of delivery issues because of spam filters, incorrect email, problems with internet access, incompatible software or general neglect; we cannot and will not accept any liability or responsibility. To avoid such problems, please make sure you have up-to-date software and provide the correct information.

Please be advised our promise to deliver the work on time is not valid if the customer fails to pay the outstanding balance due related to the order within the specified period time or the customer fails to provide additional information which is necessary for the completion of the work.
Our promise is to provide the works with no plagiarism.
By plagiarism, we mean use of someone else’s words/ideas as their own; rewording someone else’s words/ideas without providing due credit; failure to use quotation marks when someone else’s word/ideas is quoted; giving incorrect reference to the quotation, altering someone else’s words/ideas but keeping the same structure of sentence without referring to the source and taking words or ideas from a single source that constitute the majority of your work, even if you credit the source or not.
In the case the customer identifies Plagiarism, we will review the work carefully, consider all the circumstances including the history of the qualified researcher. We reserve the right to resubmit any work that does not meet our high standards. Please be advised that our decision will be final.
In cases where there is minor plagiarism or it is obviously due to an honest mistake, we promise to revise the work in the shortest time possible. Please be advised that such cases are not subject to refund.
Please be advised that in cases where incorporation of specific information was required by the customer, incorporated information cannot be deemed as plagiarism.
7. Data Protection
We guarantee that the details you provided when placing the order and when making the payment will be stored in our secure database and will not be shared with third parties.
We promise not to disclose customer details to any party unless it is required by any lawful authority in relation to fraudulent transactions.
8. Amendments to Order in Process
We aim to assign a qualifying researcher once you accepted the terms and conditions and made the full payment or deposited the agreed amount. We encourage our customers to provide all information including any specific requests at the time of order. Once we processed your order, we may not accept amendments to the specification made in the original order. If there is amendments to the original order, required changes will be dealt with as a separate order having its own timeline.
9. Amendments to Completed Orders
We are committed to ensure your total satisfaction and to do this we offer free revision service for completed orders that do not meet with our high standards. You can receive free revision for your order if you request this service within 14 days of the order’s completion date. For works more than 8,000 words, you can require a revision within 30 days of the order’s completion date. If you make your revision requests within these time frames we will revise your order free of charge.
Request for revision should be made in writing by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org along with convincing proof and reasonable explanations with regards to the need for revision. The proof submitted by you will be treated with confidentiality.
Delivery of the revised work is subject to availability of the assigned researcher. We do our best to deliver the revised work in the shortest time possible. Depending on the urgency of the work, we may, at our discretion, assign another qualifying researcher without consulting the customer to deliver the work on the required time.
We act as an agent for qualified research experts and fees for required services are presented on our website. Fees can be found on the Services page.
Once you place your order, you are giving us the legal authorisation to charge you for the total amount of your order. We will only charge you once a qualified expert has been assigned.
Please be aware the use of unauthorised or stolen details is illegal and if we identify such activity, we will report it to the relevant authorities for further investigation. We are against the cyber-crime and work with the authorities to fight against it, therefore we report all fraudulent orders for prosecution.
You have the right to continue with the order or to cancel your order at any time until you pay the full fee/a deposit or until we allocate a qualified researcher. Be advised that you may not cancel your order and request a refund once the allocated researcher has started working on your order. Please see our cancellation and refunds policy.

12. Advance Payments
We may require payment in advance to secure a qualifying researcher for your order.
We will not invite you to make an advance payment unless we are able to secure a qualifying researcher to undertake your order.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
Once you placed and paid the required fee, the qualified researcher allocated by us starts working in the given order. You have the right to cancel your order before we take the initial payment or before the qualified researcher starts working on your order. Be advised that experts can start working on the projects allocated to them within moments of placing your order. Request for refund and cancellations should be made in writing by emailing to email@example.com with the details of your order.
As we provide customised research services which are unique in nature, your agreement between us cannot be cancelled once the qualifying researcher started working on your order. You, therefore, do not have the usual seven-day cooling-off period that applies to most contracts that are concluded at a distance. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow this exception where the performance of the contract begins, with your consent, before the end of the usual cancellation period, where we have provided the written confirmation and additional information before commencing the performance of the services (including information that the cancellation rights will end as soon as the performance of the contract begins).
We make every effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled according to your specifications. If our quality control team detects flaws in the work which reduce the promised standard, we will require additional time for the revision of the work. Notified delays in your order to improve the quality and originality will not be subject to a refund.

15. Locating Sources
We may help you locating sources used by the expert for your work. However, we cannot provide them if the sources utilised in the work are rare, obscure or freely available to the general public.
Our business hours are 9.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We aim to deal with your request within 24 hours of the receipt of the order. This may be longer when there is a high demand for our services. For urgent requests, we make every effort to answer requests promptly. Our response time depends on the availability of the qualifying researchers.
Be advised that if you depend on the work provided by us to complete your own project, we cannot be held responsible due to delay in your order. With these terms, you agree that it is your own risk if you miss a deadline due to a delay in your order.
Our aim is to help students to improve their educational standards. The views of our employees represent their opinion and should not be taken as advice. Also, the endorsements of our marketing agents and our affiliates may not fully reflect our policies and regulations. Therefore we cannot be held liable for the statements and views of above-mentioned parties.
It is your responsibility to check and to satisfy the guidelines and regulations of the educational institution you are studying at. With these terms, you acknowledge that your decision to use our services is made on your own initiative. You also agree that we cannot be held responsible if using our services contradicts with or causes a breach of guidelines and regulations of your educational institution.
With these terms, you agree that our service is subject to availability and we aim to provide solely academic support during your studies.
We aim to provide a unique and custom-made work according to the specifications given by you. Despite our efforts, there may be some discrepancy between the contents and standards of the work and your specifications. Amendment requests are regulated by the terms stated in the Revision of Completed Orders section.
We have the right to refuse any order and to enter an agreement with any customer.
These terms and conditions are the entire terms between us and the customer and they become legally binding for both parties from the commencement date.
The parties who are not a party to the agreement have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of their provisions.
The agreement is governed by the English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision of the agreement between the customer and the agent is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from the agreement and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of this agreement, and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of the agreement.
17. Promotional Email Campaigns
By providing us with your contact details, you are giving your consent to us that we can contact you by mail, telephone, fax, email, and SMS/MMS to let you know about any goods, services or promotions of our own which could possibly be of interest to you.
You can indicate an objection to receiving such messages anytime and we will register your request immediately.
18. Changes in Terms and Conditions
All terms in this agreement are subject to revision and these terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Academic Help and its holding company Contemporary View Consulting Ltd and, you regarding our services. As our policies are liable to change at any time, it is recommended that the customers go through the policy each time they make the purchase.
